How to Apply

STEP 1

Complete the application form.

STEP 2

Include the following:

  • $250 application fee
  • Letter of recommendation from the current teacher or principal
  • Transcript of academic records from the past two years translated into English (copies must have a school stamp)
  • Copy of Passport (picture page) if available
  • Custodianship documents if applicable
  • Homestay Application Form and fee (if applicable)

STEP 3

Submit package to the International Bureau, Calgary Board of Education:

(faxes are acceptable but originals must be mailed)

STEP 4

Once application is accepted, you will be notified to pay tuition and health insurance fees. The letter of acceptance will be issued when fees are received in full.
